Sunday Slow Flow x Sound

Ease into your Sunday with a nourishing Slow Flow yoga class designed to ground your body and calm your mind. This is the kind of class you can roll out of bed for—no pressure, just presence. And in svasana we’ll all chill out to the sound of crystal singing bowls- to help you to reset and re-centre.

This is a dreamy way to reset from the week that’s been and set the tone for a cruisey, feel-good Sunday.

Pricing: Our first class on September 7th is $10 - as a way to say hello and try things out.

Afterwards:

– 10-Class Pass: $165 (you’ll get a sweet little punch card to keep track in person!)

6 Week Prenatal Yoga Series

Float into a deeply nourishing space designed just for you and your growing baby. This gentle prenatal yoga series is an invitation to unwind, soften, and reconnect—with your breath, your body, and the little life blooming within.

Through soothing movement, mindful breath, and moments of stillness, you’ll be held in a space that supports both relaxation and mobility—easing common aches while helping you stay connected and centred while being in community with other mums.

Come as you are, and leave feeling replenished, grounded, and more in tune with the magic unfolding inside you.

Soulful Sound Bath Saturday September 27th 4.30pm-6pm at Mount Pleasant Community Centre

Join me for an evening of deep rest, release, and recalibration. This soulful sound bath is an invitation to slow down and reconnect, guided by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments. You'll also be guided through a gentle Yoga Nidra practice to support your nervous system and inner world. Come as you are—no experience needed. Just bring your body, an open heart, and a willingness to receive.

Linking up the best of both worlds! Join me and Jordi Harris (Head Coach at IHF Health Club) for a dynamic 2-hour workshop designed to help you build strength, body awareness, and find more hang time in your handstand practice.

Whether you’re a beginner or already exploring inversions, we’ll take a multifaceted approach to support your progress. I’ll guide you through the yoga lens—focusing on alignment, brain-body connection, and mindset—while Jordi leads you through resistance training techniques that target key areas for strength and control.
