I am over-the-moon thrilled to invite you to my retreat in Uluwatu, Bali- a week full of movement, restoration, and community at the stunning Kayu Mama Resort.

This retreat is a journey home to yourself - through daily yoga, nourishing workshops, two powerful sound baths, and an unforgettable visit to a sacred water temple. You’ll be held in the lush surroundings of Kayu Mama Resort, where farm-to-table meals and plenty of poolside downtime create the perfect balance of nourishment and ease.

8:00am – Morning Practice
Yoga, breathwork & mindful movement to welcome the day

10am – Nourishing Group Brunch

Pricing + Registration

Prices are listed per person, not per room—so if you plan to share, each of you will reserve your own spot. A non-refundable deposit secures your place, and the remaining balance is due 90 days before we gather (April 27th, 2026) in Uluwatu, Bali.

This is a non-refundable deposit to reserve your space for our Uluwatu, Bali retreat in July 2026. Final payment is due by April 27th, 2026 (90 days before the retreat begins).

This payment holds one space in a double-occupancy room with a private bathroom. You’re welcome to sign up with a friend (we offer options for shared or separate beds), or if you're coming solo, we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another guest of the same gender.
